Got our Help to Buy repayment sorted quickly and extremely responsive

Risdon's were fantastic from start to finish. We were in the process of repaying our Help to Buy loan and initially went with the same solicitors we used when purchasing our property (Foot Anstey), but unfortunately, they were unresponsive and ineffective. I reached out to Risdon's to see if they could take over, and thankfully they could. They handled everything efficiently and got the process completed quickly—just in time, as our RICS survey was close to expiring. My only regret is not going to them from the beginning!

Went with Risdon Minehead branch to buy my first home. The whole process was much faster than expected and within eight weeks I had the keys to the house!

Caz and Kate were very helpful and always able to answer any questions throughout the process. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I required legally which included creating extra documents at my request which wouldn't usually be required for buying a property, just purely for my benefit and personal circumstances.

Overall I can't fault them. Really helpful and would definitely go with Risdon Minehead branch again.

Paula from Risdon Hosegood in Taunton acted for our sale and purchase in Yeovil. We were delighted with the service and found everyone friendly and extremely helpful. Even when we thought we had hit a brick wall with a legal issue it was sorted out quickly effectively and efficiently and we were given great communication.
