Gunilla has provided an exemplary service whilst we have dealt with Dads estate. Gunilla has kept me updated as and when necessary, and face to face meetings at appropriate times as required. On occasions when I have needed to speak with her, a call to the Minehead office; and my call is returned. As are emails when required. With Mum also now having passed away, we are pleased to have Gunilla continuing her work for us. And of course, ably assisted by her assistant Liz.

They changed my lawyer multiple times through the purchase of my property. I had the most simple possible arrangement for purchasing a house, yet they consistently dropped the ball and it still took a full year. My estate agent had never seen anything like it. Wasn't taken seriously at all, they did almost nothing until I threatened to leave and find another solicitor. Suddenly then it was all fine and done within a few weeks!

Gunilla was very positive about being able to sort our problem of trustees out and took the situation forward using her own pragmatic initiative at times.
