Conveyancing
I used Risdon Hosegood in 2022 for conveyancing purposes involving the sale and purchase of properties, when downsizing. The conveyancing team and in particular the lead, Julie Hemming
were excellent and would warrant 5 stars. One or two issues outside their expertise referred to other
sections of the firm, were less satisfactory due to lengthy response times, hence the lower rating.

House Moves
Risdon Hosegood have proved to be an excellent choice respective legal advice and support for our multiple house sales and purchases. They have provided timely and accurate information which has been easily accessible electronically as well as through conventional physical means and which has been clear and concise. Support from the office has always been available with helpful and friendly responses throughout. We will certainly be using RH for other aspects of legal advice going forward.

Painless
Risdon Hosegood caried out Conveyancing for me. They were very efficient and kept me informed all the way through the process. One or two hitches as there always i, but they smoothed them out with a successful outcome.

Efficient and Clear
Used RH for conveyancing at the Wellington Office. Although the sale and purchase seemed a lengthy procedure there was good communication and only one visit was necessary to the office. Julie Hemming and her team were very efficient with updates each week.
