I have been extremely satisfied with using the excellent profession services of Cartridges Law regarding Buying, Selling and Leasing various properties since 2003. 1) In 2003 with purchasing a house in Exwick with the legal help of Julie Strange. 2) In 2010/2011 with Francis Parfrey in Renting industrial premises in Marsh Barton, Exeter, on behalf of a company I worked with at that time. 3) In 2013 with Cyndy Walker when selling a house in Exwick and purchasing a bungalow in Exwick. 4) In 2015 with Robert Bracher in drawing up a Will. 5) In 2021 with Cyndy Walker when selling a house in Upper Rissington in the Cotswolds. 6) In 2021 with Joe Norman when purchasing and later letting to tenants 3 Industrial Units in Tiverton. 7) In 2025 with Richard Westlake with a landlord/tenant dispute. 8) In 2025 to 2026 with Joe Norman and Lisa Noyce with the sales of the 3 industrial Units at Tiverton. 9) In 2026/27+ to be decided, the possible sale of a 4 Bedroom Bungalow in Exwick, I hope with the help once again with Joe Norman and Lisa Noyce once again looking after all the legal matters.
