I had an excellent experience with Lucy Hunter at Driscoll Kingston, and I am so impressed with the service I received. Lucy was absolutely incredible from start to finish — professional, fast, and available whenever I needed to speak with her. She guided me through every step with confidence, and thanks to her hard work and preparedness, she achieved an excellent result for me. I’m genuinely so pleased with the outcome and with her professionalism throughout the process. I was kept fully aware of everything happening and all of the correspondence was direct, clear and easy to understand. A special mention also goes to Joanne Carmichael, who assisted with my claim and was equally fantastic. Her support and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Everything was finished in just under 6 weeks which is amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Driscoll Kingston. The team is clearly skilled, responsive, and really committed to their clients.
