An excellent service by the Fiona Bruce Conveyancing Team I dealt with Marguerite who made recommendations at each point I was challenged on by the other party Solicitor. It was a very complicated chain and Marguerite's advice took the stress out of the process.
My son is currently buying a house and I have recommended the Fiona Bruce team to him.

We have bought a lot of properties in the past and dealt with many solicitors. Fiona Bruce is without doubt the best we have ever dealt with. Marguerite Tyler partner in charge of conveyancing dealt with our purchase, She is approachable, thorough and dedicated. Any emails sent during the day are answered within 5 minutes. Emails are also read at 12 pm and 6.30 in the morning - true dedication!

Prompt and reasonably efficient service
Fiona Bruce and Co helped us to sell our house. They were very prompt at sending emails regarding queries from the buyer and did everything they needed to. The postal strikes meant that documents had to be delivered by hand for speed. The sale was a little complicated by it being in a trust but this was handled efficiently and accurately.

Excellent customer service
Marguerite Tyler is the solicitor over-seeing the sale of my property. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, approachable and provides advice in a clear and concise manner. She provides very timely responses and is readily available to talk when I have needed to. A complication arose with the sale, as my buyers mortgage extension was pulled just before exchanging contracts. Marguerite worked tirelessly and persistently to resolve the matter. As well as being incredibly professional, she is personable and empathised with my situation, offering support and friendly advice at an incredibly difficult and stressful time for me.
