Careful, personable service
Jon Charles helped us purchase a property and found that planning permissions could not be proved, but guided us through the process which allowed successful purchase, while protecting our interests. Always helpful and good humoured as well as professional with excellent local knowledge, he was a pleasure to work with.

House purchase in Whitchurch-on-Thames
Jon Charles provided friendly and helpful advice throughout. The house purchase was complicated as the house was listed but the planning documents for an extension at the back had been lost. Nevertheless, the purchase was completed with no extra costs. Highly trustworthy and professional service throughout.
