As first-time buyers, the whole process of buying a house was definitely stressful, but our solicitor Wahiduzzaman Sumon did everything he could to make it that bit easier. We were also purchasing our home using an Offa Home Purchase Plan rather than a standard mortgage, which added another layer of complexity. Not all solicitors are familiar with this type of finance, so Wahiduzzaman’s knowledge and experience were incredibly valuable and gave us confidence that everything was being handled correctly. Although there were a few communication issues and a couple of delays during the transaction, these weren’t his fault, and he always did his best to keep things moving and keep us informed. His personal communication was excellent; he was always available to speak on the phone whenever we needed advice or reassurance, and he responded to our emails and queries very quickly. Throughout the process, Wahiduzzaman was professional, supportive, and provided clear guidance whenever we needed it. His dedication, expertise, and willingness to help made a real difference, especially as first-time buyers. Thank you for all your hard work.
