Excellent Service on flat purchase
Excellent service. We were recommended Sara Yasin and her team at JMD Law, as a firm with experience of the type of leasehold flat we were buying and felt their fees were reasonable for the work they needed to do. Our main contact was Theo Anthony who was very proactive in dealing with everything that came up during the process and always provided updates on progress. He was very easy to deal with, always responded to emails and easy to contact by phone when needed. Our purchase wasn’t straightforward due to a clause in the lease which our lender found unacceptable but Theo liaised with the sellers solicitors and our lender to ensure this was resolved as quickly as possible. We really felt they understood our situation and we’d have no hesitation in recommending Sara Yasin at JMD Law, and Theo Anthony in particular.
