We'd all pretty much given up, the purchasers we're trying to ransome us with last minute reduction. THP were calm and resilient and patient when we threw our toys out of the pram. Great job, well done.

I recently used THP solicitors for my house sale and onward purchase. Emma Willoughby did a fantastic job of the conveyancing. Communication was spot-on with replies to emails often received in minutes let alone hours. Paperwork and queries were handled quickly and thoroughly. On completion day Emma was away but the completion process was handled seamlessly by Michelle, again, with excellent communication during the day. Would not hesitate to recommend THP Solicitors who certainly help to reduce the stress of buying and selling property!
Michelle has been absolutely fantastic keeping us fully informed and chasing up the other side when necessary to keep everything 'on track' - much appreciated as this can be a very stressful process for most people and especially as we don't live locally it was crucial to us to have a company whose staff are clearly very knoweldgeable, professional and experienced in this line of work. Michelle at THP did conveyancing for our house. She kept us informed throughout the process, gave us valuable advice and got the purchase process finished in less than six weeks. Even after a year, when I went there to get advice from tree preservation order on the tree within the property, she quickly checked my file, and explained me what can be done.
