Advice towards return or misrepresented / Mis-sold pony
My call was answered by Tom Barry this morning and he was incredibly conscientious and helpful in giving me initial advice towards settling a dispute I have had with the seller of a pony I purchased, which was misrepresented and mis-sold and has put both myself and that is my young child in danger! He kindly gave me advice and signed posting towards free services and also detailed what I can do myself before formally progressing with paying a retainer for legal service services. I really really appreciate appreciated Tom’s support and knowledge and I’m very thankful.
