Worked with Samuel Law Phillips and more specifically Rebecca Cooper in relation to a property purchase.
This as my first property purchase so I was definitely new to the whole process but Rebecca was able to clearly relay all the information I needed to know and was clear and concise when it came to my many questions.
Any requests or questions I had, Rebecca was quick to answer the phone and provide answers upon request. The process was in line with my timescales and Rebecca was diligent in ensuring we met those timelines.
Most importantly, Rebecca kept me fully updated on the entire process and was honest about what to expect etc. The entire process was seamless and efficient and made the stress of buying my first property much more simple.
I will definitely be recommending Samuel Law to my friends and family and I would definitely use again.

Caitlin and Rebecca managed my sale and purchase excellently. Buying a new build, I was under enormous pressure from the developer to complete quickly and Caitlin and Rebecca made that happen. Buying and selling is definitely the most stressful experience and Caitlin and Rebecca showed real understanding and empathy of the situation which really helped enormously. Thank you so much, couldn’t recommend this firm enough.
