We have been using Stephanie Tellam at Pullen Davies, our father passed away and we have to close his company, which consists of a very large property portfolio. Stephanie has been amazing dealing with the sale of over 50 houses.
She has kept me updated all the way, helping with site visits when the buyers have wanted more information on boundary questions that I didn't know.
I have found her knowledge and expertise amazing; her compassion and care is great.
I highly recommend Pullen Davies, especially Stephanie Tellam.

My house purchase was dealt with by Stephanie Tellam. Stephanie was recommended to me by a good friend. I found her to be friendly, very approachable and extremely efficient. She always had time to answer my calls and dealt with my queries straight away. She made the whole process so much less stressful and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

We have just completed on a house purchase with Pullen Davies Solicitors that became rather complicated and we could not have been happier with the attention to detail that was shown by the company in finalising and pulling everything together.
What was most impressive was that our solicitor, Stephanie Tellem did not budge an inch when pressed to move on and rush it through until she was completely happy with all aspects of the paperwork to her satisfaction.
Well done indeed and many thanks. We shall certainly use them again.
