Amazing Solicitors.
Finally, found a firm of solicitors I could trust. I used them for my commercial lease purchase and they were able to agree a good lease with a break clause and 5 year rent review.

My experience of Bhogal & Co as been very good. Are used them for residential conveyancing they gave me a quotation and stuck to the same price I knew exactly how to budget for my costs. I'd spent my life savings in raising the funds to secure the deposit for the property. They dealt with my transaction swiftly and quickly in light of the Covid- 19 crisis. For a first-time purchaser they were just simply awesome, good value solicitors and very local to the area and had good understanding of the locality.
