    Efficient and charming

    I am based in west wales and needed a solicitor for a commercial conveyance who could act quickly as my investor had set a firm and short deadline. The local solicitors were all taking holidays as Christmas approached so I googled and Mysersons were top of the list. having spoken with them it appeared they knew their stuff and could act quickly. I was not disappointed. The vendors local solicitor was a word that this system will not allow me to say - they kicked things off by sending a residential contract for a commercial transaction. Myersons managed the other side - supplying documents it was the obligation of the other side to produce - and regularly chasing them so that the deal was done in time. Highly recommend.
