I assist clients with all aspects of Private Family Law. I advise on relationship breakdown for both married and unmarried couples. I am experienced in advising on the associated financial implications of relationship breakdown, and I also deal with cohabitation matters and pre and post-nuptial agreements. I advise on Children matters, including disputes arising as to child arrangements. I am also experienced in dealing with emergency matters relating to Children and to domestic abuse. I am committed to resolving matters in the most amicable way possible, using alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate and traditional litigation if required. I am a member of the committee for Oxfordshire Resolution and regularly assist in organising events for the Oxfordshire Family Law community.
