I began my legal career in 2012 and joined Slater and Gordon in 2015. I have been part of the industrial disease team since 2017, initially specialising in asbestos related claims, including asbestosis, pleural thickening, mesothelioma and lung cancer. Following my qualification as a solicitor in 2018, I have dealt with a caseload of complex industrial disease litigation. I have recently become an APIL accredited Senior Litigator. I have experience dealing with all types of disease claims such as hand arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), asthma, dermatitis, stress at work, repetitive strain injury (RSI), carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and work-related upper limb disorders (WRULD) cases as well as continuing to act for individuals who have been diagnosed with life-limiting asbestos related conditions. I also have a variety of experience with industrial disease claims on behalf of union workers and work closely with our union clients in order to deal with these cases.

Slater and Gordon managed my case with professionalism throughout,even though it took nearly 5 years for me to get a settlement hearing It was a successful case and every step of the way they fought hard to get the best result for me. Keeping me informed all throughout, I cannot fault them at all. Natasha Orr has been outstanding and her communication has been first class.
