I would like to express my gratitude to the hard work that Aisha did in my case. From the very start she came over as very friendly and professional which made me feel at ease. Each time I contacted Aisha, I always felt at ease, she made me feel comfortable during our conversations and she was clear explaining everything in detail which made it all easy to understand.

Conveyancing Review
I cannot say enough about the personal service from specifically Aisha at Watkins & Gunn. During a very difficult conveyancing matter. Aisha showed empathy, understanding and heart. Watkins & Gunn showed professionality by replying to emails and phone calls immediately and assisted immediately. I would without doubt use Aisha and Watkins & Gunn again.

Great and responsive service
Aisha helped us through the removal of our Help to Buy equity loan, and provided clear and responsive communication throughout the entire exchange while keeping us updated every step of the way. Thank you for the help!
There was some confusion from the initial phone call regarding my instructions, as the taker wasn't experienced with HtB, but Aisha quickly cleared it up. I couldn't recommend enough!

Best service I’ve ever had!
I approached Watkins & Gunn Limited to remortgage and purchase a property. The service I received was immaculate. Aisha Nasir, who handled my accounts, made the process seamless and stress free. She kept me updated at all times and completed my purchase/remortgage swiftly and efficiently.

Conveyance solicitors.
I would like to thank Watkin and Gunn for there outstanding support throughout the sale of my house and purchase of my new house.
I dealt with an absolutely wonderful legal advisor Aisha Nasir at the Cardiff branch, I can’t thank her enough for her continued help and support.
The communication throughout was very consistent, Aisha was continuously happy to help. Always available via telephone and email, the support continued after the completion date with help and support and answers to my queries.
During the pandemic was also a difficult time for all, however Aisha was very patient with me and very reassuring.
I wish her all the very best and she is an asset to the company.
