Help with a work accident

I had a work related accident in early 2020 and didn't really think about putting a claim in. As it was coming towards the end of the window I had a change a heart and decided to do one. Once i got in touch with my union they put me in touch with Watkins and Gunn. From the very start I was impressed with the way in which they handled my case. And with the fact that they had very little time in which to get my claim processed I can't speak highley enough of everyone. I had regular updates on everything and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again if needed. Special thanks to kayleigh who has been brilliant. And also to silvia aswell.

Personal Injury Claim

My husbands personal injury claim took three years to process. In that time there was a lot of toing and froing with the other side, who were in no hurry to settle the claim against their customer. Kayleigh was assigned to my husband and in the three years had a lot of conversations and emails with updates and advice for next steps. Sadly my husband passed away in April this year and Kayleigh was very compassionate with me and the handling of the claim on my behalf.

I have known Garry for just short of 40 years when we both worked at Thompson’s solicitors in Sheffield. Garry worked extremely hard to get the absolute best results for his clients, and I was greatly impressed by his dedication and determination on behalf of his clients. Diligence personified

Mark was tasked with conveyancing for the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new property. Buying/selling a house is not something I'm familiar with and it's an inherently stressful process. Mark was thorough and diligent in his work, giving me peace-of-mind that the legal aspect was in good hands. If we purchase another property again soon, I won't hesitate to work with him again.

I unfortunately was involved in a life changing accident whilst working at the steelworks in Sheffield. it was a real worrying time for my family and I.

I am a member of community Union and thankfully I was provided with the top lawyer Mr. Garry Dickinson.

Garry was magnificent all the way through the case. He explained everything to me and the case panned out exactly how he said it would. Garry is a people person and we became good friends. I would trust Garry with my life and his reputation proceeds him.
Sue Garland is Garry's number two and I can't say enough good things about her. She was always there for me if Garry was unavailable for any reason.

To say I was pleased with the outcome is the greatest understatement of the year. I cannot thank Watkin And Gunn, Garry and Sue enough for everything they have done for me.
The service was exceptional and they are quite simply the best.
