I first came into contact with Gary Dickinson at his Sheffield office as a result of a claim i wanted to submit for a works accident. As well as being nervous about submitting the claim i can also become somewhat overwhelmed when dealing with professional people in circumstances i have little or no experience of.
After spending about 5 minutes in Garys company i became very relaxed and after 10 i felt as though i was talking to somebody I'd known for years. Gary pointed out how strong my case was and also the length of time it would take to get settled. It took approx two and a half years which i expected. During this time i had to attend various hospital appointments and see specialists regarding my injury, the instructions given to me were always given in plenty of time and always done for my convinience. About 18 months into my case Gary took quite serious ill and at this point Sue and Sara took over my case. My dealings with them were on a par with Gary and i cant thank them enough for how they stood up to the plate at such a difficult time for all concerned. On his return Gary continued to keep in touch and let me know what was happening. I met Gary on Monday 7th July to discuss my offer. I'd already made my mind up to accept it. Gary didnt really have to convince me not to because by this time i had the utmost faith in him to take his advice. Financially its the best advice anyone has ever given me. I cant praise Gary, Sue or Sara enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I feel i should be handing cards out to anyone i meet. The one thing that really sticks in mind is I've had some dubious dealings with other solicitors on various things but Gary always,always rang me back.
