I contacted them in 2019, i had a phone call back within less than 24hrs. They listened to everything i had to say advised me on the best way to go about it. They worked many hours getting everything they needed to, kept me up to date on everything. Honestly wouldnt go any where else. Would recommend 1000%. You wont get a better solicitor any where.

We used Mark Phillips as our solicitor for buying a house after being recommended him by my sister. We were purchasing an auction property and it was not a simple process as there were a few hiccups with the probate on the sellers side - throughout all this Mark was always on the end of an email or phone to help us out, always answering my questions clearly and quickly. The communication with Watkins & Gunn overall has been brilliant, a very friendly team. I highly recommend Mark as a competent, thorough and friendly solicitor and would certainly use him again.

I was knocked off my bike and sustained a complex broken wrist which required surgical intervention to pin and plate and extensive immobilisation.
