To begin with I was unsure if this was ever going to be solved as it’s my first time experiencing any kind of claim procedure, Kayleigh assured me from the start that they are working on it and I just left it to the professionals, after a bit of back and forth with the opposing firm I was contacted with an offer that astonished me, offer was accepted and case closed, huge thank you to Kayleigh and any other individuals that took part in helping with the claim!

All of the staff at Watkins & Gunn are absolutely amazing. Having been presented with a situation I wasn't expecting, from the initial phone call that I made to them, right through to the end result, I always felt reassured and supported by the whole team.
