We engaged Watkins and Gunn to act as conveyancers to sell our current home and to buy a new house in Bangor in North Wales. Our main contact was Mark and he was very professional and efficient. Neither the sale nor purchase turned out to be completely straightforwards. The buyer of our house pulled out in the middle of the process due to lack of school places, and we had to restart the selling process. Mark was great, dealt with all our questions and kept the whole process moving. Communication was mostly via email, however we did have a few phone calls and I also visited the office in Cardiff. When Mark was on leave Aisha took over the process for a week and she was also great. Thank you very much for getting us over the line!
