We used Watkins & Gunn conveyancing to buy our first home and the whole team, including our solicitor Mark, was brilliant. They made the entire process easy and stress free. They always picked up the phone/responded to emails quickly and answered any questions we had. We will be using them in the future when needed and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We engaged Watkins and Gunn to act as conveyancers to sell our current home and to buy a new house in Bangor in North Wales. Our main contact was Mark and he was very professional and efficient.
Neither the sale nor purchase turned out to be completely straightforwards. The buyer of our house pulled out in the middle of the process due to lack of school places, and we had to restart the selling process.
Mark was great, dealt with all our questions and kept the whole process moving. Communication was mostly via email, however we did have a few phone calls and I also visited the office in Cardiff.
When Mark was on leave Aisha took over the process for a week and she was also great.

Property purchase
I recently purchased a property and used mark Phillips for the conveyancing process. Mark was so professional and helpful throughout the process and kept me well informed at each stage. I was astonished at how quickly and efficiently mark got things done. Mark was always available via email and always answered the phone. The whole process was extremely stressful as I haven’t sold and bought a property before at the same time. My anxiety was extreme and mark tolerated me and kept me as calm as possible throughout the process. Towards the end I dealt with Clare who ended up doing the exchange on the property and she was just as helpful, reassuring and efficient as mark. I have had dealings with many solicitors and I would highly recommend Watkins & Gunn for any conveyancing work.

Excellent service from start to finish!
Mark and Aisha were fantastic throughout the whole process. They made the whole thing seamless and even when it seemed we might miss our completion date over a silly thing with the seller they were on it and got it Sorted!!! Thank you both for all your hard work, it’s been a pleasure! Second time round- I am so pleased I have successfully purchased a house!!
