What a scary position to find myself in. Needing to appoint a Solicitor to act on my behalf. I had no idea who to approach, so I googled divorce solicitors. Had my free initial preliminary call with Joanne regarding my ongoing divorce and she was excellent. I was given more info and help in the 45 minutes I had with her then I did from my previous solicitor in the last 6 months! After the initial consult with Joanne, I went ahead and used the firm to progress my divorce. I was put in contact with Lucinda, who I must be honest was outstanding in everyway. Lucinda took the time to explain absolutely everything, different options and what was the most realistic way to progress matters. My ex (& her solicitor) dragged there feet occasionally and Lucinda was always on the ball to chase things up to try and progress things as fast as possible where possible. My last solicitor from a large well known branch on Grey street in Newcastle was a nightmare, if you have any common sense don't make the same mistake as me, and just go to Major Family Law first! Lucinda Connell has been excellent, quick to respond to my queries which I find very important at difficult times.
