Absolutely appalling, do not employ this man
Colin “represented” my husband for an appeal hearing. I regret to say that my experience with Barrister Colin was far from satisfactory. Despite being instructed to meet him an hour before the hearing, he arrived late and was visibly disheveled, even complaining about missing his tie pin. When we attempted to speak with him about the case, he dismissed our concerns, saying, “No, no need,” and refused to provide any preparation or guidance before the hearing. When the hearing began, Colin was unprepared and unfamiliar with the details of the case. He only arrived in the courtroom just before the judge entered, and as a result, my husband was completely unprepared when called to the stand. Colin’s questioning was totally inappropriate resulting in a negative outcome. This lack of communication, preparation, and professionalism during the hearing significantly impacted the case. Given my experience, I would not recommend Barrister Colin for future representation.
