corporate shares & property sale
Rebecca & supporting team provided exemplary support throughout our long & arduous journey despite many twists & turns at each stage over the years.
Rebecca was the lead coordinator with other solicitors and accountants and helped to structure the deal which got concluded last month.
Rebecca has a very calming personality and this helped considerably in cutting through the chase.

Sale of shares and share restructuring
Rebecca managed my interests in a share sale / restructuring transaction to facilitate my partial exit from a limited company. This was a fairly complex transaction involving setting up a new holding company, the transfer of shares, the sale of shares and new service agreements for the directors. To be honest I wasn't looking forward to working through the legal process to make this transaction happen but Rebecca (and the team at Forbes) made it seem easy. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service and very professional

Share Sale
Rebecca is fantastic and was throughout the transaction I was advised extremely well every step of the way and Rebecca is very thorough with everything. She took the time to explain every section in detail and made sure I understood which I really appreciated. If anyone is ever going through a similar process I would absolutely recommend Forbes especially Rebecca McCann she is fantastic and the cost for all the work competed was extremely fair.
