Having been her client for several months I wholeheartedly recommend Mitra.
She helped and advised me through what was at times a very upsetting dispute for me. She was nearly always available to speak to and if not would always call back as soon as she could. She explained things clearly, what the next steps were, my options, what to expect etc and kept me on point if my thoughts started to wander. Work was always carried out quickly and efficiently and communications were excellent. My case has recently been settled and entirely to my satisfaction.

Mitra Mann - my experience
I was a client of Mitra Mann for almost 5 years, since 2019. From the very early stages I could rely on her to provide calm, professional support in what was a challenging adversarial situation. She kept me on the ‘straight and narrow’ when I was repeatedly, deliberately distracted from the core issues. Our association went on longer than anticipated because of Covid19 restrictions and other personal medical issues, all of which extended the processing time. It in no way reflects Mitra’s efficiency and efficacy. She is reassuringly meticulous, and excels in her attention to detail. She is extremely personable and easy to work with. If ever I face a similar situation I will not hesitate in returning to her.
