Matt manages a mixed caseload of various residential conveyancing matters. He is also able to handle Statutory Declarations, Oaths, Swears, Affidavits and ID1 forms. Matt qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021 and has been working in residential conveyancing since 2018. He handles various matters including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and equity releases. Prior to his current role, Matt worked in the Family Care department and Civil Litigation/Employment team. He progressed from a Legal Secretary to a Paralegal, and then obtained a training contract before qualifying as a Solicitor. Matt also currently works as a Support Worker for adults with severe autism and learning disabilities. He also currently volunteers for West Midlands Fire Service as a Prevention Advocate. He has previously volunteered at the Citizens Advice Bureau as an Advisor and as a Student Mentor at his University.
