We are second time movers. We used PSR first time and they were brill. We used them again for the second time and Sarah who dealt with our case was absolutely fantastic. She was one phone call away and was very easily reachable. Progress was explained and communicated clearly. The sale wasn't the most straightforward with delays from the other side but Sarah was great in chasing things up and keeping us in the loop. Would absolutely recommend.
