Katie also has considerable experience of dealing with more specialist matters such as the negotiation and appraisal of overage agreements in the context of the sale and development of land; diversification into wider commercial activities and the planning, tax and other associated aspects; and the specific issues that can arise in relation to AHA tenancies. Katie is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Katie Daniel is supervised by the Managing Director, Robert Onyett.

Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Nicole was absolutely excellent for my recent conveyancing. Despite some title issues, she and her colleague Katie were able to guide me through to a successful outcome. Very approachable and helpful and endlessly patient despite all me daft questions. Communication was regular and clear and advice and options were well presented.
