    Slow, costly and inefficient.

    Asked Rose and Rose to undertake two pieces of work me and found that the responses i had were slow and frequently had to chase up many times to get what i originally asked. There was a handover which i was not told or aware of and the person picking up the work had not been consulted or aware of my needs. This lead to more delays. Yes the work was completed but would not recommend their services.
