I cannot praise Eric Robinson Chandlers Ford highly enough. I have lived in an impossible legal situation for over 20 years, which was resolved in a month by the amazing property team. They provided both legal and emotional support during this time, pulling out all the stops to complete by the seemingly impossible deadline imposed by the other party.

It was painfully clear that our solicitor had barely looked at our case until the day of exchange. We had to exchange on that day and receiving a casual email asking for additional documents on the day of exchange (I had already explicitly asked if these particular documents were needed in an email and received no response) showed terrible organisation and a complete lack of professionalism.

Thank you for your feedback in relation to this matter, and we are sorry to note your comments. We have investigated the matter and believe that we have been able to identify the transaction concerned, which was largely being dealt with by a different person within our team. What seemed like 'terrible organisation' and 'lack of professionalism' to you was because it transpired that the copy lease in your possession was different to the lease that had been registered at HM Land Registry when you bought the premises. This was of course an issue beyond our control, but we nevertheless did our very best to resolve these difficulties for you.
