Amy was brilliant in understanding the nature of my case, explaining clearly the processes and adapting to the awful solicitors my ex-husband chose to use. His solicitors were not informative and misled him terribly which just generated even more animosity and frustration during the processes to which Amy's experience and common sense she was able to deal with professionally and proficiently.

18 months or so ago I was in an unfortunate position of needing a family law solicitor. I had no idea of the long and arduous road ahead. After contacting Fullers Family Law however, I was extremely lucky to have been allocated Amy Chesterfield. Having Amy by my side throughout has made the challenges and legal process so much easier and manageable. She was always available for me and looked at all details with a cool, calm head and helped me to understand everything that was happening. She is a real expert in her field. Guiding me through decisions, explaining things multiple times when asked so I understood, having a tenacious work ethic, even having a network of barristers on hand for the many hearings I had to attend. Amy has a huge level of compassion and understanding of difficult situations, that if I'm honest, I certainly never expected from a solicitor. To bring that real, human quality, to what is really a very clinical and stoic arena, was not only appreciated and helpful, it really set me at ease in what was an extremely difficult time. I will be eternally grateful to Amy for this. I absolutely knew I was in the right hands. I was kept informed at every step of the way and Amy worked tirelessly for me to get the right result. I simply cannot thank her enough for her work. Through many ups and downs and twists in my case, Amy was there to provide clarity, advice and wrangle the legalities. Amy was recommended to me by a friend and I can say its the best recommendation I have ever had. Amy worked tirelessly on my complex divorce case which involved my adopted son and disabled step daughter. From the outset, guiding me through the minefield of paperwork in family court, allowing me to secure a shared lives with order for my son, through to dealing with my extraordinarily complex financial matters which included the division of a Police pension, Amy delivered clear calm advice and strategy. The result and outcomes were beyond my expectations. This has allowed me to move forward with my life and once again find happiness and look forward to the future. When I contacted Fullers for a free consultation I was feeling very unsure as to my options as I had never had to deal with this kind of matter previously and felt in the dark.
