In what was a difficult winding up of the estate of a close friend who died in Bristol, some 250 miles away from where we live, Barkan Kirby, handled the protracted winding up of the estate and the sale of the property with skill.
At all times the two solicitors involved in the winding up, acted with speed and certainty. We had to wait a long time for the Coroner to issue a death certificate, which hindered things to a certain extent, but the sale of the property, although in a much wanted part of Bristol proved difficult.
All three of us executors were very grateful for the skill and patience of our principal lawyer.
