If you need a solicitor with teeth to fight your corner - Gwyn is your man. I came to see him at the very last minute after having been turned away by a number of solicitors - I should have gone to Gwyn first! He wasn't scared by the tight time limit and went above and beyond to help me and secure a large settlement in a medical negligence claim. I have complete faith in him and am very thankful to him.

I contacted Bentley Solicitors via Yellow Pages and it was one of the best things, at a very low and frustrating time that I could have done.
Understanding, Listening, Informative and Caring (something I don't think I would have ever said about solicitors). What really stood out was empathy to my problem, then the guidance as to how to sort it out. I cannot praise Gwyn Andrews enough, quick to respond to my queries and a sure guide through the legal avenues. A very good service at a very fair price. Following the death of my wife, I thought I owed it to her and her children to have a review of the circumstances leading up to her passing. Bentley was recommended by the solicitors handling her estate as they did not deal with negligence claims. When I first sat down with Gwyn I brought in a timeline of events leading up to my wife's death not knowing if there was anything untoward as I have limited understanding of how the care system in this instance should work. Gwyn was straight forward with me from the beginning - it is a challenging topic and a difficult case, however if there was something not right with the care they could find out.
Gwyn's empathetic and straight forward honest approach was most helpful in dealing with an incredibly emotional situation. Communication was clear and questions were always answered in a timely manner. In front of opposition counsel, his far reaching knowledge of the law and preparedness won the day.
It took more than 4 years to resolve this particular circumstance. Gwyn never wavered and was respectful of the emotions involved in a case that takes that long. I am grateful for the recommendation to Bentley and for the work Gwyn did on our behalf.

Personal Injury - Cycling RTA
Gwyn took on my case, which had been badly handled by another solicitor, when no one else would. He wasn't afraid of the complexities, or the fact he had to deal with a toxic opponent. He was knowledgeable, diligent, and dealt with everything in a straightforward, easy to understand manner. He knows the legal applications and court processes inside out. He could see and explain where mistakes had been made, and in the end resolved everything in a matter of weeks, when the case had been hanging in the balance for years. Gwyn is genuinely interested in the casework, and the challenge, but he is also personable and kind. He listens, he understands, he keeps you in the loop at all times and above all he is honest. Your best interest is at the heart of everything he does for you. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in a situation where you need personal injury legal advice, and you have an honest cause, I can't recommend Gwyn at Bentley Solicitors highly enough.

Supported throughout
From my initial enquiry I felt both understood & supported, in regards to my clinical negligence claim. Throughout the whole process Gwyn kept me informed, either by e-mail or through phone conversations. All situations were explained clearly and concisely. At no point did I feel misunderstood or under pressure. Would definitely recommend, and use again if the need arose.

Outstanding service.
After an accident at work I was represented by Bentleys solicitors who were professional and went above an beyond to make sure my needs were met. I didn’t have to worry about a thing Bentleys took full control and made sure everything was being dealt with professionally and thoroughly. A professional and personal service without fault
This is the first time (and hopefully the last) that I have had to make a personal injury claim. I first contacted the usual No Win, No Fee companies that advertise but just got the feeling I was only a number in the system. I was recommended Bentley's by a friend. I was looked after by Gwyn who showed genuine interest in what I had to say. He always, I believe gave me straight realistic advice on my claim, and kept me up to date on progress with my claim throughout (even when there was nothing new) regular updates let you know you are not forgotten even when nothing is happening. Communication from Gwyn is excellent, he always answers your calls, or gets back to you if he is unavailable and regular text messages again give you the sense of being valued. I have absolutely nothing but praise for the way I have been dealt with by Bentleys and would recommend them without question.

Professional & Friendly
I would absolutely recommend Bentley Solicitors, my partner and I cannot fault their professionalism throughout. Our solicitor, Gwyn, was there for us whenever we needed a question answering or something explaining, he was approachable, friendly and always managed to put our minds at rest. I really hope we don’t need a solicitor again but if we did we wouldn’t hesitate in contacting him.

Successful Medical Negligence Claim
Gwyn was good at managing my expectations throughout the process to keep me informed of what to expect. Very professional but more importantly honest from start to finish..... I had visions of a stereotypical pin striped suit individual ignoring all my calls. The reality was the complete opposite and Gwyn always had time to help and explain things. My box of medical notes had their own postcode and yet Gwyn new every line of every page. Would highly recommend....
