His main area of work is preparing Wills, helping administer Estates after death, advising on dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. He also has experience in dealing with residential conveyancing and family matters. Vaughan qualified as a Solicitor in September 1987. Vaughan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in private client matters, accumulated over his many years working as a Solicitor in Selby and has a large network of contacts and clients. Like all our staff, Vaughan’s aim is to explain the legal processes in a straightforward way and ensure all clients are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Vaughan is supervised by Belinda-Jane Poulter - Director and Pod Leader.

Power of Attorney

This firm charged £800 for both Financial and Welfare POA’s. We paid this money, the documents didn’t arrive. Their attitude was truly appalling ‘we can’t be responsible for the post’ was the rude response. No support for our dilemma. Had we not been grieving for my father we would have taken them to the small claims court. This was not resolved, this company did not take ownership or accept responsibility.
