No communication
Had our mortgage claim transferred to Parkerwell after the previous solicitors went into liquidation, communication has been shocking, staff called Patrick never replied, then 3 months later i send another email to get auto response that he has left the company and to contact Suzanne Wall, which i did and still not heard anything, that was 2 months ago now, i have tried calling various numbers but most dont work now or just ring out.... guessing Parkerwall is no longer doing buisness then...

Solar Panels

Solar panel claim
The claim was finally closed a few weeks ago after several years. The firm did their best to nudge the bank to compensate but the Covid issues got in the ‘way’. I think they probably used it as an excuse to delay - not a cynic!!

Solar panel refund
Took several years to complete due to covid. Could have been kept informed better as not much communication and then suddenly got an email out of the blue. Had to take photographs and collect evidence ourselves. Got half of settlement figures. When getting in contact at the end we got a prompt response. Overall not bad.
