We had one sale fall through because of issues with the buyer, but once a buyer was found everything whent smoothly.

Requesting advice re leasehold
We have dealt with Vanessa several times,for sale and purchase.

Professional yet personal

Shared Ownership Sale
I would highly recommend this company for shared ownership sales. I compared prices and they came out least expensive and did NOT disappoint. Top marks.

Great
Very happy - thank you so much to Vanessa, Gary and everyone else for all their help. We were selling a shared ownership property, so we chose this firm because they are experienced with these types of properties. It was a tricky (due to issues out of our control) and lengthy process, but we got there in the end.
