Exceptional support throughout my first home purchase
I can’t praise Lucy highly enough for how she handled my home purchase as a first-time buyer. From the very first conversation she stood out for how clearly she explained the process and how invested she was in getting things right. She was already looking into the planning history on our initial call, which immediately gave me confidence that she was on top of the details and genuinely cared about the outcome. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, particularly the first time, and I was very conscious of how much relies on having the right solicitor. Throughout the process Lucy was consistently proactive and thorough, but also very approachable. She kept me informed at every stage, made time to talk things through whenever I needed, and always took the time to explain things clearly and patiently. Whenever something progressed or needed chasing, I knew about it straight away. Having heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family, I feel very fortunate to have found Lucy. She really had my corner from start to finish and removed a significant amount of stress from what is such an important life event.
