Highly recommended

Excellent service
Lisa advised me on a codicil and letter of wishes. She explained them thoroughly and was quick and efficient. She visited me at my home which being elderly was appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and would use her services in future.

Probate
Lisa was recommended, and I was pleased she was.
She did Probate for my late Father. I was unsure of what needed doing, but Lisa explained everything.
She was kind and professional through the whole process and always answered my emails and any questions I had, and always kept me updated on what was happening, which I think is important.

Made vital legal procedures understandable and straightforward.
South West Wills And Probate Ltd have been a pleasure to deal with. For a client with little legal knowledge, I was patiently educated in the most straightforward ways to achieve the outcome which met required legal standards. No pressure, just patient one-to-one information delivered with plenty of time for me to comprehend fully the consequences of my suggestions and decisions.
I was entirely happy with the final outcome and and all this was achieved with home visits.

Professional, Expert and Caring Advice
I am hugely indebted to Lisa for guiding me through some challenging emotional issues that had to be addressed during the writing of my will.
She provided expert advice and guidance, which was easy to understand, and was mindful to avoid any potential problems that might arise, while ensuring my objectives and wishes were achieved.
I have been unbelievably fortunate in finding in Lisa not only someone whose expertise and knowledge is without question, but most importantly, someone who is friendly and approachable, and whose empathy and understanding enabled the difficult issues that often need to be addressed during the processes of Will planning and the arrangement of LPAs to be considerably less daunting than they otherwise would have been.
