My dog could’ve done a better job
- Never reply to emails
- Impossible to speak to the solicitor handing your case directly as they are either off sick, on holiday, have left early for the day, or simply unavailable
- Zero attention to detail
- Atrocious time keeping
- No interest in doing the job you are paying them to do
- Extremely lacking and lazy legal advice

Smooth transaction
Overall the service went smoothly and quickly. It wasn't always easy to get hold of someone and sometimes had to wait a day for a response. But apart from that was pleased with the service.

Good value
We used PMPL to sell our house and purchase a new one. Each team were easy to deal with and the app was great with uploading initial information and keeping us informed of progress.

Frustrating
Went with PM property lawyers as we thought they would be much more efficient as this is there specialty, however, this was not the case. We were cash buyers buying an empty property it took 4 months, everything was done in the last 5 weeks and only because we started phoning regularly to chase things up. The charge doubled from the initial quote, and despite asking for a breakdown of these charges, none were forthcoming.
