If you’re facing a high-pressure property transaction — especially linked to divorce — Charles Farrington is exactly who you want in your corner.
My situation was complicated: a leasehold property, a 10-day deadline to finalise a mortgage in my sole name (thanks to a court order and an unreasonably tight 28-day timeframe from my ex), and the Easter holidays right in the middle of it all. Despite all this, Charles got everything over the line, calmly and professionally — without me ever falling into breach.
Charles worked closely with my divorce solicitor, George Wilson (at McAlister Family Law), and the two of them formed a dream team. Charles handled the conveyancing side flawlessly and reassured me throughout. Was it the cheapest quote I received?
