I specialise in Family Law and am based in the Edinburgh office working directly with Shona Smith and Jamie Foulis. I have experience primarily in relation to child contact and residence disputes and have regularly appeared in Sheriff Courts across Scotland. I assist the team with all private family law issues including separation agreements, divorce, arrangements for children, cohabitation and pre and post nuptial agreements. I volunteer with the Scottish Child Law Centre responding to queries from the public in relation to Child and Family Law matters. I am also a mentor in a voluntary capacity with the Law Society of Scotland offering guidance to those at an earlier stage of their career with an interest in Family Law.
