I was Falsely Accused by an ex-partner I met on a dating website (for 7 Months) and the Lawyer I first asked to deal with my case was poor and spent 5 months doing nothing (I mean nothing). I researched the internet which took a few days and found Eventum Legal Ltd. I was in a dark place and did not want to live anymore, I left my 50K a year job as the pressure of this allegation and mental health pressures just took over my life and it’s impossible to shake off especially when you know your innocent. How somebody can pick up the phone call the police and make a false allegation this easy and turn your whole world upside down is beyond me and that person can go about their daily life like nothing has happened is unacceptable and makes me feel sick and distraught. You don’t go out, you feel everybody is looking at you and you just can’t go on. Anyway, back to the review I called Eventum Legal Ltd at 6:30 in the evening Claire answered the phone (Lawyers never answer after 4pm in my experience) and I told her my situation, she jumped all over it the next day and Passed my case to Sylvie who started communication with me then questioning the Police and CPS with probing questions whilst in the background Jessica was Orchestrating her all-Lady team. Sylvie’s calm approach was first class and on point. Everybody in that office seemed like they could answer my questions and new all about my case, so you don’t feel alone. I did call at few times quiet late at night and someone answered the phone and could answer my questions and seemed to know about my case. I see this as great teamwork and Proactive also have great processes and procedures in place. “Well Done” most of all they made me feel part of that team Result – NFA (after 3 Weeks) If you are on this website, then you need help, call them as you will not be disappointed – Costs are worth every penny, and they are transparent, I would go as far to say this Company “after my experience” are the best in the UK at what they do!
