I was really shocked to read about the negative experiences of some people at IMD.- I guess it is largely depends on the professional you are dealing with.
My experience with IMD Solicitors, on the other hand, -was very positive on both occasions.
I was working with Olexandr Kyrychenko, who helped me with the legal representation of my interests.- Can only praise him for his professionalism, honesty, excellent timekeeping and social skills!
He was going an extra mile (or should I say- hundreds) to travel from north-west to London with my documents!- Highly recommend him! -5 stars!!!

I have used IMD before and Olex was recommended for this case based on his vast experience in similar cases.
Olex was very proactive and explained everything in terms people outside the industry would understand.
The promptness of his communications was exemplary either by phone, text or email and always responded quickly to anything I asked.
The case was very stressful and could have gone on for years but Olex found a very quick and agreeable solution which not only saved time but money.
Olex is very knowledgeable and knew what the other side would do possibly before they did and as a result left the other side flapping.
No one every wants to use a solicitor but Olex and IMD made the experience as good as it can be.

Professionalism and Trust
I have been working with Olexandr at IMD for almost 2 years and all I have received excellent and professional services from him. Our case was a very difficult one and before approaching Olexandr we have tried to work with many other lawyers, which were not successful. He managed to reach very satisfactory result on this case and kept us updated throughout the process until everything was taken care of. He was very responsive and proactive during the whole process. I highly recommend IMD should you be in the need for some legal advice or help.
We fortunately don't have to deal with solicitors on a regular basis and always had a dubious outlook on them. We had a problem and turned to IMD for help on the recommendation from a friend. We had Olexandr assigned to us and he was absolutely fantastic from our initial contact right through to the conclusion. Our outlook has now thankfully changed with regards to solicitors and now if the need should arise - have IMD to hand in the future.
