Retirement Settlement
Karen gave me a clear understanding of the legal documents including any obligations required. She also gave some great suggestions on items that would improve the position for me, and helped in the negotiations. She was always there when needed.

Redundancy process
Whilst going through my redundancy, Karen was of great help to fully understand the process and its implications, as well as giving me advice on the redundancy agreement, my options and potential risks I could face.

Redundancy Settlement Agreement

Redundancy Support and Settlement Agreement advice
Bradshaw Trees helped negotiate my settlement agreement for enhanced Redundancy. They were prompt in all reponses, professional and clear in approach and provided advice which was clear and easy to understand. While doing this they were also empathetic and helpful at the time when I was at a low ebb. Their attention to detail was excellent and nothing was missed. One example was the company making me redundant got my holiday pay wrong - Bradshaw Trees checked altered and advised which meant more pay was owed to me in final settlement. Everything was conducted promptly which meant the whole process was not drawn out, settled quickly and meant less stress as a result. Thank you!

Great Advice - Employment Termination Settlement Agreement
I was recently captured in a redundancy programme and agreed a settlement agreement thats to the advice from Bradshaw Trees Law. Karen explained the terms of the contract and what it meant in simple terms, and what the aim of each clause was, Great advice and very prompt. Would strongly recommend.

Review of Employment Termination & Settlement Agreement
I was made redundant and instructed Karen Sanderson of Bradshaw Trees Law to represent me in the negotiation of my redundancy and settlement agreement. Karen responded immediately to my email (on a Sunday) and we spoke the next day via Teams. Karen listened patiently to my circumstances and talked through the legal process and next steps. Karen engaged with HR and then communicated with me by email, and Teams, to ensure that we had covered all aspects appropriately.
