I joined Balfour+Manson in 2017 to work as a Paralegal in the Commercial team. I have great experience in commercial property work ranging from dealing with lease management documentation, lease reviews, insolvency sales, purchases and leases of small areas of land for utility providers, assisting in large portfolio sales and purchases, and selling new build residential properties. I also specialise in dealing with servitudes – having acted for both utility providers and property owners. As well as managing my own transactions, I am also assisting Hugh Angus and Alan Gilfillan with their transactions, where required.
