I acted as executor for a friend who had died, and Beswicks dealt with the sale and conveyancing of his house under the will. Despite some difficulties regarding the property itself, with one aborted sale and delays in another, Beswicks dealt with the legal matters efficiently, promptly and handled the stop start situation with ease. I am very pleased with their communication and speed of response and would recommend them to anyone who wants a decent conveyancer at a reasonable price.
