Abigail is an Associate Solicitor within the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. After qualifying as a solicitor in 2014, she continued to build her legal career at a regional North East firm before joining Swinburne Maddison LLP in 2018. Abigail was promoted to the position of Associate Solicitor in 2019 and made Managing Associate the following year. Abigail grew up in Durham City and enjoys working with clients and other professionals in the local area. Praised in The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2020 edition for having “a very organised approach, offering clients a lot of reassurance,” Abigail is also recognised as a “Rising Star” in the Commercial Litigation category of The Legal 500 rankings, signalling the high regard in which she is held by her clients and peers.
