Dreadful. Better doing it yourself as the advice you get is useless and woefully lacking in any details. The solicitor was unaware of any issues on the purchase of my flat. To date over £3k paid in extra service charges due to the previous management agents running of with the reserve fund. Told that they were unaware of any issues, still charged £1500 in fees. Made a complaint just fobbed of for a year or more. Better to avoid or suffer the consequences.

Excellent
Johanna Bawer and my solicitor Jacquelin Spencer were both excellent and pleasant to deal with. I am hard of hearing and struggle to hear sometimes, especially on the phone but they're very good.
