Bendall & Sons has been instrumental in helping us secure our first house, and they done everything they could to make sure it happened in a timely manner. Because of them we managed to complete the deal before the new stamp duty rules were applied.
Everybody we interacted with communicated clearly and were very helpful and professional. They has helped us prepare all the papers and made sure we knew the rules for each stage. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and could recommend this legal team to everyone.

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I have been with Syeda. I have had experience with solicitors before and to be totally honest, not that impressed. Syeda is at a different level- the communication on our house purchase has been absolutely excellent. Her attention to detail definitely pivotal to securing a very tricky sale. It wouldn’t have happened without this attention detail and communication with us. And I have and will be telling everyone! So refreshing please do pass our thanks on and we would be happy to use Bendalls in future. My husband has used in the past- but I was still to be convinced this was the right company to use. We are based in West Suffolk, with offices in the historic market towns of Newmarket and Mildenhall. The service we offer is a personal one with mature, approachable, fully qualified staff who are happy to deal with matters in whichever way you prefer – in person, by phone, letter or email. We understand that using a lawyer can sometimes be daunting so we endeavour to use plain English and avoid jargon where possible. Please see our list of services. Some of our services can be dealt with on a fixed fee basis, such as straightforward wills, uncontested divorces, lasting power of attorney, conveyancing and debt collection letters. We also offer a low cost fixed fee first half hour consultation. The list of services is not exhaustive so, if the matter which interests you is not included, please contact us anyway as we have a wide experience of the law. We have client private parking at Mildenhall and public parking within very easy walking distance of our Newmarket office. Both offices have ground floor interview rooms and home or hospital visits can be arranged, where necessary.
