Rachel Smith & her secretary Tina Youngs

Rachel was very good from the start - very helpful and put us at ease on our phone consultation. Rachel was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew her stuff. Rachel advised and gave us options of how much we would want her to do and wanted us to think about it before we decided. No pressure from Rachel, sorted all of the estate & obtained what we needed to do, we needed to get a grant of probate - Rachel did all of this and everything went smooth and Rachel was straight on it. Highly recommend Rachel and her secretary Tina.

Thank you.

Probate and will

Firstly the probate was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We we then had some complications with my mothers estate which was pretty tied up. Rachel was patient and helpful while we sorted this out.

Making a Will

I cannot fault Bendall's in any way whatsoever.
It was my wife and i who had not realised the cost of a new Will. There was one small christian name error that was correct immediately. Jamie our solicitor was extremely helpful answering all our questions and very approachable, had used them before and would again
