On the death of my dad I instructed Bendall's to deal with all matters - sorting out aspects of the Will, ensuring me property was 'OK' legally and also requested Probate to be undertaken. I was kept informed of progress at all times, and our solicitor was always available for advice and reassurance. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by legal matters and at a sad time I felt reassured and in safe hands. I would particularly like to praise Rachel Smith for her friendly and straightforward approach, she was absolutely brilliant as was her PA Tina!!

My brother and I sadly lost both our parents last year. As our family have dealt with Bendall's for a number of years, we wanted both our parents estates administered by Bendall's. Rachel and her assistant Tina, have been amazing, from my initial telephone call to the conclusion of both matters and obtaining Probate. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Rachel - and Bendall's - in the future.

Rachel was very good from the start - very helpful and put us at ease on our phone consultation. Rachel was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew her stuff. Rachel advised and gave us options of how much we would want her to do and wanted us to think about it before we decided. No pressure from Rachel, sorted all of the estate & obtained what we needed to do, we needed to get a grant of probate - Rachel did all of this and everything went smooth and Rachel was straight on it.
